Agreed! Brussels meets Toronto. The design has potential but its all in the execution of the glass curtain walls, which nobody does better than the Europeans, although the Caisse de Depots building in Montreal turned out really well.

I agree. It looks like it could make an excellent building. Somewhat European, yes. It reminds me of a KPF building.

If you look closely at the first picture it does look like it might have been a proposal for the Apex/Matrix site. You can see the Spadina bridge in the background, the road leading to Skydome in the foreground and the retaining wall facing the CN tracks.
