Cleveland: Rock and roll, steel, and deserted streets

Cleveland is about 5 hours from here by car. Pittsburgh is south of Erie (about 2 hours) while Cleveland is about 1.5 hours east of Erie.

2 days is awfully ambitious. You'd spend more time in a car than seeing the cities. I'd want to give Pittsburgh 2-3 days, a day to see Fallingwater and some of the steeltowns around Pittsburgh, 1-2 days to see the city itself and do some transit fanning.

Everyone: Good Cleveland pics! I recognize the Key Bank tower,the Old Arcade and the Terminal Tower and Tower City below. On a 1999 trip to CLE,I went to the top of the Terminal Tower. The cost was nominal but the view was good. I recall it was open to the public on limited Sat/Sun hours. LI MIKE
