Sorry to be so petty, but since ksun does not write grammatically correct sentences but then corrected my use of the word "moot", I have to say that a "moot comparison" means something that is irrelevant or does not apply. In this case its use is tied to law and legal argumentation, i.e. a "moot point." Just laughable that this is the only thing being replied to - and especially when it is so smug and spectacularly wrong.
