Ahh, this is public now!

To my understanding they do not yet have a new lease on Bloor, though they are looking.

Looks like Eleventy is moving into the former Kit & Ace space at 102 Bloor W

Without revealing any names, I will say, some high-end brands are snooping around Hazelton and on Scollard too.

There's more stuff coming to Bloor, but Bloor seems to demand a bit more scale and a bit more movement of goods vs a more boutique environ that might go further north.

Of the unleased retail on prime Bloor all 9k+ (Birks, former Burberry, former Brooks Bros, Holt Refnrew Mens). The only ~2k sized spots are in the Colonade and the former North Face spot.

It will be interesting to see how Avenue Road develops as space and housing begin to open.

SMEG Canada will open their 1st stand-alone store in Canada, taking 3,724 SF adjacent to the recently opened Lululemon at 2 Bloor St W.

Paris Baguette opened today:

I wonder how many Torontonians think that Paris Baguette is from Paris (or at least France). It's a South Korean chain operating on a franchise model. When I was in Southeast Asia last year, I noticed they were present in almost every mid- to hi-end mall in the major cities. Not sure if they have any presence in Europe.
