Admittedly, I have never been to Delysees before. I'm more likely to hit up Ruru Baked or something else in the West End strong hold.

Looks like Frette's shelves are being stocked for an imminent opening; next door, it appears stock has been removed from the shelves at Derek Rose in preparation for/post-closing (?).

I don't know - but noticed that it is published as "leased" or Urban Toronto Retail - which handled the leasing.

Restoration Hardware had been eyeing the site but I believe that fell through.

If the deal that was being worked on is in fact finalized, (I need to verify that); I would think so. Taste varies....but its not a new version of Biway, LOL
@AlbertC you're sad that the space won't be a new version of Biway? I had no idea you had such affection for the concept.

Surely the luxury condo market will rebound any second now!
Although I guess for renting luxury retail, you'd probably say anything rather than admit there's a Fabricland at 19 Bloor W.
