Best rental websites for downtown Toronto?

A friend and family wants to come (back) to Toronto for a couple of months this year. They need a place to rent downtown.

What are the best websites?

I pointed them to craigslist.ca and torontorentals.ca but don't really know how good they are these days. (I've been an owner for a very long time so I don't know much about the rental market anymore.)

There's also mls.ca. Craigslist and Kijiji prices tend to be cheaper though.
