In terms of building a supertall, why not any of the spots directly beside Scotia Plaza, currently occupied by some crummy, 60s era stumps? What about any areas on Yonge St., east of the current financial district?
Are any of those areas not prospective building locations? Haven't heard anybody make mention of those spots before.
BA3 which is the proposed north tower on Temperance Street is approved for a 165 meter building
Looking at the official site plan (http://www.bayadelaidecentre.com/upl... WLetter.pdf) I noticed that the east tower says "office and residential tower".
