That big one strikes me as an odd design. Why the mid-building cut-out? Is it to allow light into the units, since there can't be windows on the sides of the building?

Besides that, love the size of the infill

Taken 20 May. Told this is 4s and 12 units+retail. Dundas east of Morrow. And a stop at. Oma’s for a well-deserved apricot danish and coffee.

Taken 22 May. So this one has been under construction for many, many years but looks close to completion. As a side note Queen east of Parliament is really improving !
