Does anyone know WHY?

Looks like a RED camera. High end digital cinema gear used by everyone from deep-pocketed amateurs to independent filmmakers all the way up to major blockbuster Hollywood films. The rigging however, seems like it was done by someone in the commercial videography game. For something major we would be seeing secondary rigging with lights and probably no passengers on the streetcar.
