The site is fully excavated and has been dewatered in anticipation of construction continuation later this year. The site plan, building exterior and interior are being revised to maximize efficiency, budget compliance and marketability. The primary consultant team is close to being finalized and preliminary design work will commence soon, with an aim to get a revamped project to market in Q3/Q4.
