A true late 70s landmark bites the dust...

A little off topic here, but I was at the Blue Jays game the other day and noticed how much the steel canopies around the building, not to mention gate signs and signage is deteriorating: some examples of what I saw- corrosion, screws missing, large swaths of paint chipping, insulation missing or falling out of holes, water damage..Its only a matter of time before one of those Gate cubes falls from the ceiling killing someone-

Back to the topic at hand- I have to agree with adma- a perfectly good design, soured by years of neglect- an all to common practice in Toronto.
