How much is the E9 Floorplan going for really like it and what's the exposure NE?

88 Scott has some of the best layouts for larger suites that I have seen. I really like them.

Decent layout. There are other units with bedrooms not right next to each other. This may be good if you have a younger kid or a nursery in the second bedroom.

What floor are they currently on? Will N/E Corner Suites be unobstructed at 18th Floor+? (Building to the North and East I believe are close to that height). Really like those Square Balconies and Floor Plans of those lower floor suites.
