88 Scott St. (Concert Properties) - Real Estate -

But I am able to access P2 all the time
It is off and on... some days I can get to the parking levels from the main elevators on the way down but this past weekend it was disabled and I had to get of a ground and switch to the parking elevators. However, you can always go up from the parking levels in the main elevators even if going down past ground has been disabled.

I am aware of 3 floods. Two floods originated in the amenity area and largely only impacted that component. Most amenities are above commercial spaces. I also don’t think it will be a reoccurring issue as the core problem has been addressed. The first flood was on 5 and has been corrected. There have been no issues since. Concert has been great and thoroughly addressed it. I wouldn’t say there are problem “areas”.

The quality of building, finishes and more importantly neighbours are awesome. First condo I have lived in that truly feels like a home.

The common areas look great and peaked my curiosity to look at a few units. I looked at a SE corner unit (approx 1400 sq ft) a few weeks back and really liked the layout and finishes (except kitchen cabinets). Once this building registers, I will be actively looking for a 2 bd on the upper floors. My concern is that units with 10ft ceilings get priced over $1,200 per square foot. Anyone have an idea what the builder was selling units for in the past 12 months?

Minimum $1200 PSF is right! I have three active buyers looking for the same. Should've been in contact last September. That's when builder released 10 or so upper suites.

thanks for your reply.....If they released upper floor two bdrms last September, I doubt any will be up for sale on registration.

If you are keen on the South/East Exposure those were actually sold out back in 2013. So you might have a chance. But again that is the most preferred exposure.

Exposure really effects pricing so gotta think quite a lot about it

The 'Manhattan' view of all the downtown office towers to the East and S/E is exciting however, thru plain luck not good planning the views we have from a N/E corner unit are cool, too. Especially at night.
