It would be nice if they tried harder to get 5-7 floors here. La Bella Managua next door is a wonderful Nicaraguan restaurant -- very good Ceviche and Soup. This stretch is indeed on the rise -- lots of changes, and the hipster set has arrived.

Would be nice to see more missing middle density along the Bloor line to go along with the more dense nodes that is coming at Dufferin, Bathurst, and Dundas West.

Yeah it’s just harmfully dumb how difficult it is to densify along one of two subway lines in Canada’s biggest city.
