This is currently a Metro-anchored Plaza, on the North West Corner of Bathurst and Sheppard.

The site is over ~2 hectares in size (5 acres)
They are envisioning this site specifically in the context of a westward extension of the Sheppard Subway. I would therefore conclude that this would be a multi-tower proposal with considerable height.
That strikes me as being beyond Sud's ability to deliver............at least on its own............but we shall see.
