I would be both surprised and disappointed if the City tolerated 2 vehicle access points off Dundas here.

Access should really be from rear lane/street only.

They won't. This also isn't a 'plan', it's just a sales massing, so not much to pay attention to there. This one has been on the market for about a year now, doesn't seem to be much interest.
