50 Lynn Williams or 80 Western Baterry....King West Area

Is anyone interested in selling a one bedroom condo in either 50 Lynn Williams St or 80 Western Battery.

I am a real estate agent and I have a client who really wants to live in either of these two buildings. If priced right he is thinking of purchasing this weekend. He does not like the units that end in 01 or 23 in 80 Western Battery.

If you are also in the King West area and thinking of sell please let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes 80 Western Battery is also known as Zip Condos.

Actually all of King West is hot right now. It is actually a great area to live in. At least I think so.
