This new to the AIC proposal is to redevelop the existing plaza at the north-west corner of Bathurst and Finch with a 39 storey residential tower.

Really like the copper colour visible from below. Makes it more interesting at least from nearby. Also, I would totally shop at BAGEL STORE.

In all seriousness, very nice to see the underdeveloped Finch corridor densifying.

Hopefully that bakery can relocate and stay open, am a big fan as well!
Here comes Line 6 central Finch extension in tandem with the next provincial election announcement.

This it the NE corner not the NW corner, that corner had the Northview high school field. Interesting area for a high rise. It’s been a while since there was construction in this area.
 
^Don't schmear the good people of Finch and Bathurst!

In all honesty I was curious what the actual mix of ethnicities is in this area so I looked for a map which was surprisingly difficult! And it looks like the winner are Russians who comprise a very diverse group that includes many religious minorities.
