Comment: I imagine we're looking at multiple new towers as the proposal here, any exact number will depend whether any of the existing buildings are retained, and the amount of land consumed by streets/parks, but this would stand to a significant proposal, I imagine.

The nearest precedents south of 401 are in the 12s-15s range, but just across the highway, the current 'ask' is 40s.

Not quite I'm afraid; there may still be bigger plans to come, but the immediate plans here, it turns out, are a matter for C of A; and are unambitious in nature.

The intent is to shrink the foot print of the existing Superstore (supermarket) to allow 2 new retailers to fit within in the building and add outward facing dedicated entrances.

The new retail is not the height of chic................

Shrug, at least there's something practical about having VV next to Dollarama, the staff can go next door, buy product, and move it on their shelves at 3x the price! LOL Good logistics move.
