June 10th 2014, Sign went up. The 13 Story condo building which was recently approved seems to be scraped now.

When one arrives at the website, one finds that the existing five-storey building is now offering "31 fully renovated suites". It would seem that the recent redevelopment plans are dead.

I am Glad, I live on Elm Ridge and as a Realtor can tell you that its not good for property owners, traffic is a major concern as Elm Ridge connects to Bathurst/Eglinton.

Units are a bit pricey for a low rise apartment with no concierge, you can rent a 750 sq-ft condo in yonge/eglinton for the same price and allot more amenities
