Does anyone knows the reputation of this builder? As the project 488 University Avenue from them seems to be kind of different from the 3D image they shown before ( the lobby and amenities part) thanks

Do you hear whether they will fine tuning any amenities or add more decorations to common areas ? Since the amenities and lobby decorations in South Beach condo are actually nice.
