Great find! I do wonder if the owners are now considering a taller proposal?

The Heydon House is one of the best historic hotel properties in the city. I'd love to see it restored to its former grandeur.

My hunch is that concept by Marzotto Architects is not serious (anymore). But would be neat to see someone restore the building properly, including the lost turret. My old high school friend, who's of the current day Heydon family, would be proud.
