An appeal to the OMB has been made by Sanmike Construction Ltd. against the Town of Richmond Hill’s failure to approve OP and zbl amenments that were proposed for five towers, ranging from 12 to 23 storeys, at 10665 Bayview Avenue, south of Elgin Mills Road East. A three week hearing has been scheduled for October.
