How real are these $2,000 plus costs? Are they opening offers but more likely to settle at $1,500 per square foot?

Looking better and better in my eyes as we near completion. My units in this building should do well. My realtor suggests renting 1bed+ den, 1 bath, 577 sq ft for $6700/month, thoughts on price?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know when they will finish building the amenities for residents access? I know they haven't opened anything yet because of the COVID but given the city opens up in summer, are the indoor and outdoor amenities ready to get open by then? I think residents started moving in from Aug 2020 if I'm not mistaken.
