And just checking on City's Building Permit website again today .... still no shoring + foundation permits yet ~

From what I was told by the sales office (i.e. it probably means nothing) they are aiming to start construction in January after Christmas (as to not add further congestion to bloor street).

PS - they're actually has been 1 change on site ... they've recently added 1 Bloor east condo sign's to the hoarding ... just a few. But for the longest time even that wasn't there.

Alright, now all we need to do is level the two north corners like that. Yonge/Bloor could use a fresh start.

Why level 2 Bloor West? HBC Centre is so deserving it isn't funny, but why level a perfectly good, if somewhat ugly, building.

Well, in that case, why level 2 Bloor East (the office tower, as opposed to the whole complex), either? It, in itself, isn't *that* much better or worse than 2BW...
