I've just received word from Bazis personnel that Ellis-Don will now take over the construction of 1BE instead of PCL. According to them PCL "wasn't doing the work to satisfaction"

This might have to do with the fact that the buildings the signs were attached to are now also gone. PCL still lists this project on their website

according PCL website, 1 Bloor East still remain their constuction contractor, and the website naver mentioned that they have canceled to build 1BE
