Minto 30 Roe (Minto) - Real Estate -

I purchased a unit at 30 Roe. Delays upon delays. They still haven't even given us tentative occupancy dates.

EDIT: Received a letter from Minto. Delayed occupancy until August due to "unforeseen circumstances."

How long has it been since the original tentative occupancy date?
Is it pretty typical for builders to delay occupancy?
