So the thing is there will be an elevator core inside the Mega-Core (the one you see in all of the photos). No worries, the core at the exterior as well as the elevator core will be built out of concrete. You can't see the actual core for the elevators in the photos - there will be a floor crane...

Does anybody know when they will start with the demolishing of the existing structure? Furthermore what the plan is until when they are going to start building the actual One Delisle building? Thanks. :)

Wait until they have fully installed all the self-climbing formwork systems at the core and the perimeter. Once this is in place they will be flying to the top of the structure. :) And there will also be a huge surprise wrapping around the tower somewhen soon to protect the workers while glass...

Do you want me to spoil the store which will open at ground floor or do you want to wait until they mount their Logo? ;)

Does anybody know a rough schedule of these Towers? Furthermore the status of the project - probably still pre-application stage with the City? Thanks guys.
