I have no idea why they did the things they did, but it's obvious that the tiles do not have a straight edge. They didn't even put grout over the tiles to hide the edges. Basically, you can cut your finger if you ran it across the top of these tiles.

I finally got confirmation for my PDI from Debbie yesterday, even though she told me that they would call me back in the morning. I guess they are doing last minute things before I come in to look. Not sure what to expect, but having very low expectations at this point.
