    They submitted a modification to the commercial building at south of Skytower to increase the height, which will be equal to around 53 floor of Skytower. So to have a better lake view, I think it has to be at least 60th and above. IMO may be 65+ should be pretty good.

    Tesla can build only 200k per year in North America, which contributes to large majority of all EV production. Although it sounds a lot, but EV is still less than 2%. It's really hard to break those people's fossil fuel mind. Unless there is significant range and infrastructure improvement...
