I got hit with a $50K adjustment for HST. I pushed back and they are going to absorb it but its been reduced by about half. But nonetheless, that was a surprise on closing. My previous lawyer retired and my stuff passed to a new one - not sure how they didn't catch it. But this builder passes...

Also you can contact the city. As bad as it sounds they can force to have the dog removed, maybe subtly have the property management mention that to them…

Hey There, what I did was I worked with the conceriege. I just tested my Fob(s) and made sure I could select the level without issues a few times. If it didn't work, I would go back to them to let them do whatever it is that they need to do to fix it
