Anyone know what’s going on here? The hole in the ground is turning into a lake. No action at all over the last few months.

So it looks like that white beam in place up top is an imposter! The real "last beam" is back on the ground and can be seen in the upper pictures.

Will that mean the crane operators need to climb the entire structure manually? That's going to take a while once they get up close to the top! No bathroom breaks...
