Happy to see this shaping up relatively quickly! Selfishly, I'm really hoping a proper commercial gym takes one of the retail spaces here - there's a bit of a desert when it comes to gyms in the west end aside from the YMCA at Dovercourt and College...

Side note - is anyone else finding it much more difficult now to find architectural plans through the "updated" portal? This site is a good example whereby the links to the SPA/OZ don't work and I can only open the Draft of Condominium approval application. I'm having similar frustrations with...

Based on the pictures from that event - they'll get an additional fill in piece at the corners: Source is UT story :)

Anyone happen to attend this session who can share some details with the group? :)

Does anyone know which company will be doing the cladding here? Seems like it would certainly be one of a kind

I guess we blame the feedback from the DRP for this one?

These might look decent if it was always May 30th and this angle of sunset all the time… Side note - it’s crazy how many finishing details are left to be done on the exteriors still here; finishing the cladding of the east tower crown, finishing all of the aluminum paneling for the balcony slab...

    Toronto KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Allied | Bjarke Ingels Group

Allied's CEO just mentioned that glazing installation will commence in June on their quarterly financial results call this morning.

I don't know if I've been staring at this too long now or what, but I swear the glass is installed in the wrong pattern for the fritting to match what I'd expect...I took a stab at rearranging to illustrate what I mean:

There are still clips to anchor additional elements to on the corners - I wouldn't assume this is changed yet.

    King West

I saw that the former SportsNet retail space at the NE corner of King and Peter/Blue Jays (base of the Hyatt hotel) has finally been leased 👀 Anyone have any inkling as to what to expect? I think the base of King Blue on the SW side is getting a Wendy's, but it will be nice to finally have...

Are you kidding me? How is it possible that this happens on almost every new site?

Now that they've poured the floor above the transfer slab I wonder if we'll see fly forms built and this start speeding up 👀

    Parks - new & revitalized

@Northern Light any thoughts on Clarence Square Park (noticed you were by there in another thread) - saw that the city had removed what seemed like more than a few trees recently plus the encampment has grown to a point where I'm pretty sure they are operating a generator now? Not sure if the...

    Toronto One Bloor West | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

Without the need to connect the super columns back to the main core now via those thick walls I wonder if they can hit one week cycle times per floor

I don't think it's out of the question that the fruit store may come back to the table with this now in receivership and under court oversight - at the least this will result in more certainty around timelines and eventual completion which I'm sure they were lacking before based on previous filings
