Looks like there are 6! You can see the gravel of the lowest excavated floor below. However Cove/phase 1 currently only has access to 3 of those - and after checking the exit stairs, they only go down 3 levels as well. Curious to know how far in those 3 extra levels go under Cove's parking...

That would be sweet! I couldn't for the life of me find any elevation of that west facade, but i looking at the plans the cores run parallel to the direction that opening is facing. Not sure that the elevators themselves will have windows but at least each lobby could potentially have one, the...

Unit breakdown for this one is interesting. Understood that it's directly downtown but 35% bachelor (most are north-facing) seems atypical... guess it's good there is a lot of amenity space.

As far as I know, Interim Occupancy has been underway since late August, probably earlier. I think in part what's going on, in regards to the slow occupany, is just the inexperience of the developer. The Conservatory Group is relatively small compared to big developers like Onni Group (Westlake)...
