I have a date in Sep. 2023. Your mileage may vary.

    Toronto The Howard Condos | 25.48m | 8s | Hub Harcroft | Diamond Schmitt

Love the location. Been loving it for years! At this rate, I'll be loving it weeds and all for another decade.

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

My tentative occupancy letter came recently, was for a date near the end of October (small unit, high floor). But if I had to predict, they will extend. Perhaps March will be the true date. Impressed with the steady pace of work here nonetheless!

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

Oh yes, they are. The one I invested in is quite small indeed, but it has an incredible view and a very large balcony (sort of a quirky shape unit). Most importantly, that size of unit was the only one in this development I was able to afford at the time. Views from the 61st floor could...

Sugar Wharf Condominiums, Phase 1 (Menkes) - Real Estate -

The unit number isn't the only documentation in the drawings, contract, etc. I bought a small corner unit that starts with 76 but is on the 61st floor. As I understand it, unlucky 4 will not be included in any floor numbers and for all I know, maybe they're omitting good old #13 as well. That...

    Toronto The Howard Condos | 25.48m | 8s | Hub Harcroft | Diamond Schmitt

Hard to imagine any complaints with this low-rise proposal... but no doubt there will be anyway. It's a perfect site for this. The registration website is now open.

    Toronto Piano Towns | 12.2m | 3s | Grid | George Popper

Having looked at probably 400 "older" properties in good areas in recent months (virtually), and given serious consideration to probably 40 of them, I think the older, partly renovated home is purely an emotional decision and people are going to keep paying in money and toil for years to come on...

    Toronto Piano Towns | 12.2m | 3s | Grid | George Popper

But I think you nailed it when you mentioned the square footage. Look at the floor plan for the third level (master with gorgeous ensuite and a skylight), this seems the opposite of cramped! My previous condo was 798 sq ft + a balcony, this will be 1,455 + two terraces (more than twice as much...

Most if not all the civic addresses are now Westmoreland. It's soon to be move-in time!

    Toronto 900 St Clair West | 43.69m | 12s | Canderel | BDP Quadrangle

Standard construction halt due to COVID-19? Short term only essential projects would seem advisable to allow.

Many of the better units sold in May. I'm told the LCBO location will also be Canderel and will be the same height. Fantastic location... the demand for this area is obviously strong. Demand for this development certainly is no issue. Nice to see shovels in the ground!

    Toronto No. 31 Condos | 137.4m | 41s | Lanterra | Arquitectonica

A broker just sent an email about this development citing a 99 transit score? But that's how it is actually listed on the official walk score / transit score calculator, on the strength of a 7-minute walk to the King streetcar. Not bad, but how that beats 701 Dovercourt's 5-minute walk to an...

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

I have the same floorplan. It's very small and very expensive, but depending on one's lifestyle it may be just the perfect thing. I am banking on a nice view one way or another. The amenities and location including future PATH access really make this a gem.

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

Is it numbered 53 or actual 53? I bought above the 70th numbered floor (because no 4's in the numbers on the elevator buttons/doors, the actual is about 10 below that). I think Phase 2 will be going in southwest of Phase 1? So depending on which way you face in these buildings, you have to be...

July 30. I always assumed that was just a placeholder, though.
