    I agree. The transit infrastructure leading in and out of parklawn/lakeshore has remained pretty well the same since all the condos went up. I live on marine parade and takes me about 25 mins from my door to the Gardiner exit on a bad day. The eastbound lakeshore at parklawn is a nightmare...

    Do you live in the building ? Don't think this is accurate - I've been here (in the boutique building) since the Dec 2014 and know/met all of my neighbours on my floor (16 units) There are 5 renters and the people seem nice. I've encountered a lot more of the young 20-somethings in the tower...

    Nice pictures. I live in the building; my only gripe is that the building seems to be completed, but the building has not closed yet. Meaning, we are all still paying rent.. I was moved in last December, so it's been almost a year now... Aside from the above; no complaints on anything else...

    agreed. I lIve here and quite like it. Of course living in a constriction area has its drawbacks, but with spring around the corner, I'm loving it more by the minute. My unit in particular was pretty well done from the get-go with just a handful of deficiencies Which they have come back to...

    I can happily report that they are phasing occupancy at the end of November. I received my date for mid December (boutique building). I will take a picture and update the next time I pass by.
