    Age old debate - buying RRSPs vs paying down the mortgage. Many people see the home they own(well actually the bank) as just another investment vehicle. And we all know that a well-balanced investment portfolio is the best way to reduce risk.

    Based on the pdf, it seems that the developer has no/or little intention of constructing the office building. Zoning was amended on the premise that the office building would be constructed first and now the developer is reneging. I guess the argument could be made that building the office...
