from what i can tell from my purchase contract, the developers have until late 2012 to complete the project... i.e. that is the latest possible closing date and would be 24 months (2yrs) behind schedule at that point. It would not be unreasonable, considering the construction is in its infancy...

For some reason (maybe the heat?) there was absolutely no work done at the site this week. Even last week when they were working, it seemed like they were going super slow and inefficiently... they had two trucks carrying away dirt but it would be 20 minutes in between loads where the digger...
