Toronto Urban Sprawl Compared to Other Cities

I would agree. I use to live in the area of W 6th & La Brea and it was extremely dense and almost impossible to find street parking.

Toronto The King East | ?m | 15s | Lamb Dev Corp | Core Architects

    Not fond of the sidewalk.

    Toronto Minto Westside | 68.88m | 20s | Minto Group | Wallman Architects

I would disagree with the statement. Here in Phoenix we have many sites in the down area that have sat empty (not even generating income as parking lots) because the owners of those lands refuse to lower their price and the city refuses to increase densities to make any potential purchase...

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

    Toronto Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

    Toronto Burano | ?m | 48s | Lanterra | a—A

Wasn't this building approved to 50s from the 48s in the title?

Toronto Festival Tower and tiff Bell Lightbox | 156.96m | 42s | Daniels | KPMB

However, it appears that this article in today's New York Times is quite favourable - http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/18/movies/18toronto.html?_r=1&th&emc=th

    Toronto Bloor Street Neighbourhood Condos | ?m | 32s | Cresford | Northgrave

Looks like they have light fixture rough-ins located in the coffered ceiling and along the side walls.

    Toronto Murano | ?m | 45s | Lanterra | a—A

In addition, maybe the city could include development contributions to upgrade the rusted and leaning hydro poles.

    Toronto City Hall lighting

City Hall Lights This is likely not the cause of lights being out but I found this recent article in the Phoenix paper regarding Nuit Blanche display for city hall. http://www.azcentral.com/php-bin/clicktrack/email.php/8952021

Royal Conservatory Of Music - Telus Centre for Performance & Learning (KPMB)

Are those utility meters? You would think they could have been located in less conspicous place.
