Thanks for the pictures Marcanadian. As your pictures demonstrate, for the most part, this building will bleed into the urban background, noticed by some, and be a landmark for others. The biggest shame to me is the poor state of the lower levels.

Which is quite funny because for years this forum was railing against condos that used 'cheap green glass' and wishing they'd incorporate the more expensive 'blue glass'.

I like how they threw in the Pantages Tower in the timeline of tall towers - as I remarked in another thread the Pantages really did define the new tall condo era as it was the first tower over 400 feet/40 floors in around a decade.

I just have to chime in and say whether or not you like the building - the Pantages Tower marks Toronto entrance into this new era of tall towers. After a long drought (of around 8 years or so), it was the first tower to crack 400+ feet and the first tower of at least 40 floors. And now here we...
