    btw, Avonshire is selling for $420 psf now and last year at opening they were even lower - small units flew in a month with typical price psf of $400.

    with all due respect and having owned Tridel condo in the past, they are NOT as luxurious as Bazis. Can't compare Miele to Whirlpool appliances, finishes, etc my guess would be around 450 per sq ft MAX. looking at Republic at more expensive Yonge/Eglinton area having hard time selling for...

    I strongly believe they only released a small portion to friends & family (aka corruption) event. A friend of mine bought a 1+1 unit on 26 floor. He contacted ALL RE agents who promoted this project and only had to chose from floors 8,14,26 and 34. Mind you, Emerald Park will be TWO towers.
