Why would anyone invest in building a datacentre on such expensive land? Many large datacentres are being relocated to locations outside of Toronto where land is cheaper, power is more readily available and the site more easily secured and less prone to disruption.

Lobby The residential lobby is looking very nice, fully clad in white backpainted glass panels, very dramatic all the way up to the ceiling. I spoke with the security guard and he mentioned that at least 7 people have moved into the building.

Size difference If you ask the builder I think you will be given the option to get out of your purchase agreement, which is not something you want to do since your unit has increased in value since you purchased it. You should still ask the question.

move in date I was at the site this past weekend there were a lot of appliances being delivered. I expect that they will give us individual move in dates maybe after the pre-delivery inspections since not everyone can move on the same day.
