    Thanks! I think I understand the white cladding now. There will be 2 separate strips - a flat one on the facade and a bevelled one at the corners of the balcony. The two will be separate (they won't merge), but from some angles, they'll overlap visually.

    It would be nice if there's a spacious atrium from Level 1 to Level 3 to give a sense of arrival or grandeur (not like taking an escalator from street up to a Winners). Simons is known for art in its stores, so hopefully they'll do something dramatic.

    It's an ex[propriation. Exactly. There's a process. The fact it's an expropriation means that it wasn't voluntarily sold - so the starting point is their opposition to selling. Of course they are going to complain.

    At least the boxes in the aisles means they are turning over stock. Large grocers do that at nighttime, so chances are, they are doing it during retail hours to minimize overtime/overworking by the staff (family run?).
