    1) Yes, there is. Underground garage accessed off Gerrard. 2) That proposal has OMB approval but the developer has no plans to proceed as of this moment and anecdotally is not expected to begin development for the next few years at least.

    Corten seems to be an out and out favorite! Keep in mind that there are 3 blocks (rows), so we're likely going to feature alternating cladding materials. The black, as shown, would be precast but a similar look could be achieved via stained, distressed cedar.
