It seems to be the only block with trees right up to the boundary
As much as it sucks to see healthy trees removed, it's entirely the city's fault.
They knew this lot would eventually get developed but still planted them right beside the boundary.
Does anyone know why they didn't plant right next to the street on Cooperage?
The cherry frontage isn't too bad...
I dont mind it other than it being orientated the wrong way.
Should have buildings beside the streets with a path through the middle to continue the bentway like they are claiming.

It’s a kilometre and a half away from the lake which is conquered by mansions on lakeshore.
This building is surrounded by shitty strip malls….
If I had to guess this is an outdated rule that was created to prevent the use of BMX bikes on the islands.
It was probably created before e bikes and folding bikes were popular.
