The massing is rather awkward, and I don't understand why the tower hangs over Silver Dollar. It would look better centered above the glass section of the podium.

It is going quickly, but not perfectly. There are several stations slated for completion in the summer that are still not done.

Something to consider about heritage buildings is that architectural styles seem to fall out of favour for a while before people begin to appreciate them again.
