why? He has no official source for it and it, also as he pointed out in his last post there is no elevator access right now to Kennedy station from the go train platforms which has been the case for awhile now.

that sounds completely dumb and stupid if that is the case it should open before the line so that people can get used to new routes before they open the LRT. If this is only your opinion with no facts then don't bother posting it because it adds nothing helpful to the conversation at all.

I think it's also so they can use it for detours due to TIFF if that contiues to close off King street.

The finch express bus uses it to go between Finch station and Finch west stations, also i think there re some YRT routes that use it to get across the city as well now so i wouldn't say it's not being used

The stupid T logo will be used because Metolionx paid a wayfinding expert to tell them that they need a symbol so that people will recognize all public transit. It's stupid to because it's only been used on a few Metoloinx projects and they have made lame excuses as to why it wasn't on others...

It's 2025 that they have to completete it by not sure where you got 2020 from. No because this is about the lack of them on Metrolink lines and not about the TTC having them. Finch and Eglinton are both owned and maintained by Metrolink and outside of running the trains and maning the fare gates everything is up to Metrolink.

Metrolink serves the people who are paying to use their services and not people who want a short cut through a station. If you aren't paying to board a train they don't care about you.. They are tasked with providing a service to transport people by train or bus and walking across a bridge...

Which is a problem that can be solved with more screens. For example take a look at Dundas and Queen now. They replaced the older ones with a lot more smaller ones with much clearer screen then the one's currently installed in other stations.

Which is exactly what I'm trying to say. Just because the TTC has a contract for advertising on the screens doesn't mean Metrolink has to have them as well. But also as you said LCD screens are more dynamic in nature and can show more information in a better way then a dot matrix board can...

Whatever i don't understand why people want to hate screens that give information about things that people actually need just because advertising is shown on them as well. Metrolink is terrible with their information screens and if they are connected with the TTC they should be showing TTC...
