    Per the CCM site, this doesn't seem to be new news: "turning over the projects construction management to Mizrahi to complete the project from the ground floor onwards."

    I think they’re the brackets for the blue platform/barriers, they just moved the one on the corner to the top level.

    They just poured the walls for 19. The first residential floor, and just above the first mechanical levels.

    This should be where they finally start picking up speed. Building formwork for the next slab before the walls are done, interior columns are poured, no more hotel elevators and other infrastructure to deal with. The next eighteen floors could be exciting...

    In no significant way. There is a study posted somewhere on this site. The increase adds to the shadow in the 10:00 am to 11:00 am time window in March and September. No other time of day or year.
