    I think I figured out whats wrong here: they had the right idea going with grey, but then they tried to throw in some off white beige accenting to highlight the striking cladding choices they made here, but its thrown off the feng shui of the whole project.     Yesterday. Both of these projects are rather ugly, especially the street level. The contrast of the first phase with the older building on the corner of King and Dufferin speaks volumes of the design "excellence" seen in this project.
