    Thanks interchange42, that's probably where everyone is getting the 569 foot figure. I was part of the team that did the marketing video for the project when they were courting anchor tenants and that's indeed the height of the model we were given to animate. I don't have any records of it but...

    CTBUH has One York street as 173.5m. I hadn't looked at Emporis for a long time and kind of forgot about them as a source. Maybe they're the only ones who have it right. As a fellow list enthusiast this is one height that has been bugging me....

    Every database I have checked shows Sun Life Financial Centre (One York) as 569 feet. That would have been the full height, but I am pretty sure they decided to lop off 5 storeys of the building somewhat late in the planning process but I can find no documentation showing a revised height...
